Rule 28
Format of notice to be given for attendance
In the course of preliminary inquiry or investigation, when an inquiry officer or investigation officer gives notice to someone to appear for questioning or statement or demands an explanation from someone, he shall give notice to such person in the format as per Schedule-3.
